This splendid, recently built, fully air-conditioned villa will offer you great comfort thanks to its large living space facing south towards the landscaped garden and its private, heated swimming pool.

For you, there is an open-plan kitchen/dining/living room with a flat-screen TV, a master suite with a flat-screen TV, two bedrooms with single and double beds, a pantry, two shower rooms, and two toilets. A large garage and private parking are also included, secured by an electric gate.

Our villa for rent is also fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, garden furniture… Everything is done so that you, the holidaymaker, can spend a relaxing holiday and enjoy Corsican tourism in complete serenity.

With three bedrooms, it will be very simple and quick thanks to an electric partition to transform the interior living room into a spacious fourth bedroom benefiting from two large bay windows opening either onto the swimming pool on one side or onto a balcony with an unobstructed view of the mountain on the other.

All the rooms in our charming villa face due south, offering you the opportunity to admire the pool and its surroundings whether you are in the kitchen, living room or bedrooms.

The expansive ipe wood deck bordering the infinity pool with its waterfall, the enormous rock, and the landscaped garden offer ample shade at any time of day. You’ll also find a stone shower with hot and cold water – a welcome respite after a swim.

In the evening, carefully designed outdoor lighting will allow you to spend an excellent time in the garden lounge on the terrace, a special moment and place to enjoy an aperitif with family or friends.

Our beautiful detached villa is located in a private estate away from major roads, thus guaranteeing you peace and tranquility for your holidays.

In order to respect this exceptional and idyllic setting, we choose noble materials for the construction such as red cedar, stainless steel, stone, ipe or solid wood flooring in the living room.

Thanks to a powerful heat pump, you will have the pleasure of enjoying a private pool heated to a minimum of 27 degrees all season long.

Renting in Corsica, and more specifically in Southern Corsica, will allow you to make the most of what the Isle of Beauty has to offer. Indeed, our superb villa is ideally located so you can fully enjoy your holiday in Southern Corsica, combining both sea and mountains.

Mountain activities: in this region of southern Corsica, a vast natural playground awaits you. Come and enjoy horseback riding or hiking on Corsican trails, canyoning, mountain biking, via ferrata, climbing, adventure parks, quad biking, and more in stunning locations. And don’t forget the breathtaking views offered by each mountain, with its rocky peaks and Corsican maquis shrubland.

On the sea side: water sports are also on offer! Diving, kite surfing, wakeboarding, boating, jet skiing, windsurfing, paddleboarding, spearfishing, canoeing, kayaking, pedal boating or simply relaxing in a beach bar while enjoying the view of beautiful turquoise waves and white sand.

In town: You can stroll through the narrow streets of Porto Vecchio, enjoy a drink on a terrace under the Corsican sun, shop in the town’s many boutiques, and explore the marina and its gourmet restaurants. You can also sample excellent Corsican specialties such as various cheeses (Brocciu, Tomme Corse, or Brousse), cured meats (Coppa, Prissuttu, or Lonzo Corse), accompanied, of course, by a good Corsican wine.

Fancy a little historical getaway? Head to the city of Ajaccio to visit the Bonaparte Museum. You might not know it, but the famous Napoleon Bonaparte was born in this city with its stunning cliffs. While a car remains essential in Corsica, we provide eight bicycles, including one electric bike, in the villa’s garage. You can easily pick up bread or do some grocery shopping without needing your car, as small local shops open seven days a week, as well as a grocery store and a shop selling Corsican specialty breads and pastries, are located just 900 meters away (a two-minute bike ride). Continuing along the path from these shops towards the port, you’ll find numerous access points to the sea or beaches, often accessible only by bicycle (allow five minutes by bike to reach your favorite fine sandy beach with its turquoise waters).

The villa is located 6km from the port, 3km from the Géant Casino and Leclerc hypermarkets and 25km from Figari airport.

The idyllic white sand beaches of southern Corsica are really very close; it takes just 6 minutes by car to reach U Benedettu (the beach blessed by the Gods), Calla Rossa, Sainte-Lucie de Porto Vecchio or Saint-Cyprien.

To make the most of your stay, we also provide two paddleboards, two surfboards, and a canoe/kayak in the garage.

Don’t hesitate to change beaches every day; you’ll be spoiled for choice: Pinarello, Palombaggia, Rondinara, Sperone, and Santa Giulia are all within easy reach, not to mention the natural pools, waterfalls, secluded coves, and the famous Bavella Needles. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can also take a trip to the Lavezzi Islands Nature Reserve, where turquoise waters and breathtaking marine life await.
