La Centrale de l’Île de Ré offers this splendid villa near the center of Rivedoux-Plage and its market, located 700 meters from the beach via cycle paths. The villa is comfortable and features a bright living/dining room opening onto the terrace and swimming pool. Private and secure parking is available for 3 vehicles. The bright living area includes a lounge and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. An outdoor bar opens onto the pool and wooden terrace. BEDROOM 1 (MASTER) includes a 180×200 cm double bed with an en-suite shower room and dressing room. BEDROOM 2 included has 160×200 cm double bed. BEDROOM 3 included has 160×200 cm double bed. A separate shower room includes a shower, sink, and toilet. The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th. The heat pumps for our pools are programmed to maintain a temperature of 28°C. The actual water temperature in our swimming pools is also affected by the climate: warm weather increases the water temperature, and cold weather decreases it. The house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! Île de Ré offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays, boasting one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Almost everything is accessible by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our small island, just 30 kilometers long. Passionate about history, summer activities and cuisine, art, and interior design, we are happy to offer you a quality stay in our home. Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide containing tips and advice for discovering Île de Ré in the best possible conditions! INCLUDED SERVICES: End-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen rental and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August). Key handover and a tour of the house on-site are included. Tourist tax is included. A security deposit of €1500 is required before arrival (via pre-authorization on your credit card or bank transfer).
